Vitalant Collects 61 Pints in Community Blood Drive

A community blood drive sponsored by the Rancho Murieta Women’s Club drew 66 participants to the Rancho Murieta Community Church on Oct. 28. Vitalant, the local blood bank, collected 43 whole-blood donations and nine Power Red donations, each equivalent to two donations, for a total of 61 pints.
