Feb. 1
7:21 p.m., Welfare check, Pera Drive: Report of suspicious individual knocking on a residence door, in distress or intoxicated. Reporting party said the suspect was asking to let him inside because someone was after him. Dispatch informed RP to call Sacramento Sheriff's Department  to report the situation. Upon arrival the suspect was unable to be located.

Feb. 2
9:30 a.m., Stolen property, Murieta South: Report of Amazon packages stolen from multiple addresses in Murieta South. Resident doorbell Ring cameras captured the suspect and vehicle. SSD was notified by reporting parties and RMCSD security assisted by providing the suspect's license plate from South Gate cameras.

Feb. 3
4:39 a.m., RMA rule violation, Venado Drive: Resident parked overnight on street with trailer without 24-hour pass. Citation issued.

Feb. 4
5 p.m., Fallen tree, Via Del Cerrito: Fallen tree from RMA common area. CSO arrived to confirm. Maintenance advised of tree fallen in nearby resident driveway, maintenance removed tree.

Feb. 6
2:46 a.m., Miscellaneous, Murieta Plaza: Vehicle in parking lot near Ace Hardware. CSO found two occupants sleeping inside vehicle; contact made with occupants who stated they were just passing through. Driver advised to leave area; driver complied.

Feb. 9
2:27 a.m., Disabled vehicle, Northgate: Individual parked in center resident lane. was not a resident and informed that his electric vehicle had completely lost power and he was without a phone. Subject was given a phone with which was used to call a tow truck from his service.

Feb. 10
2:23 a.m., RMA Rule Violation, Stonehouse Park: Stonehouse Park guest without resident after hours; citation issued.
2:33 a.m., RMA Rule Violation, Stonehouse Park: Stonehouse Park guest without resident after hours; citation issued.

Feb. 11
6:34 p.m., Fire, Lake Calero: Upon arrival, patrol observed a small bonfire with bunch of juveniles around the area. Juveniles left the area upon patrol’s arrival. Bonfire was extinguished and juveniles were unable to locate.

Feb. 12
5:27 a.m., RMA rule violation, Rio Oso: Resident overnight street parking in front of house. Citation issued.

Feb. 13
12:54 a.m., RMA Rule violation, Lake Calero: Residents in North back areas after hours; citation issued.

Feb. 14
10:27 a.m., Disabled vehicle, Raley’s: red Camaro parked for two days. Patrol contacted occupants of vehicle, one male driver and one female passenger. They both assured that they would be gone soon and that their car battery died.

Feb. 15
12:45 a.m. RMA rule violation, Gazebo Park: White Chevrolet truck parked at Gazebo Park after hours with sleeping occupant. Informed subject she wasn’t allowed and she left. 

Feb. 16
8:43 p.m., Trespassing, Lago Drive: Received call for intruder. While en route received a separate call from North Gate requesting to pick up reporting party at North Gate. Made contact with RP who was walking down Murieta Parkway. RP stated that he “saw his wife’s ex-husband on his balcony.” He then stated that his wife denied that her ex-husband was there. RP’s wife said there was no intruder and that her husband was confused due to stress. Sacramento Sheriff’s Department determined the situation safe and departed.

Feb. 17
12:05 a.m., Jackson Highway: Abandoned vehicle blocking driveway. CHP will tow.
4:23 a.m., Lobo Drive: Vehicle overnight in guest parking on Lobo Drive. Citation issued.
5:09 p.m., Fire, Lake Calero: Patrol responded to a call about a fire set by juveniles at Lake Calero. When on scene, patrol saw smoke coming from trees and two residents taking video and shouting at three young males running from scene. Patrol assessed severity of fire and saw that it was almost extinguished but seemed safe. Patrol followed in direction of subjects and found two young males separate from the group. The two subjects stated that their friends started the fire and they weren’t involved. The subjects were unwilling to give any personal info. Further questioning the witness, patrol obtained pictures of golf cart the suspects used. There was no bar code on the club cart.

Feb. 18
5:05 a.m., RMA rule violation, Terreno Drive: Vehicle overnight parked on street wrong way in front of the house. Citation issued.H
