April 4
5:01 a.m., RMA Violation, Colbert Drive: Trailer attached to Dodge pickup overnight parked on street without 24-hour pass. Citation issued.
11:17 p.m., Suspicious Person, Rio Circle: Received a call from a resident about seeing a subject (male 6’) on his Ring Camera. Reporting party stated man was walking on his driveway. Searched perimeter of residence and all windows and doors and area around home. Subject gone on arrival. 

April 5
12:43 a.m., Misc-ellaneous, Rio Oso: Group of five juveniles out after hours. Group agreed to return to residence.
6:26 a.m., Suspicious Vehicle, Murieta Parkway: Subject was checked in at gate with visitor pass. Informed security patrol he was just waiting for his girlfriend. Patrol advised that he needed to move on.

April 6
5:54 a.m., Stop Sign Violation, Abierto/South Murieta Parkway: Observed silver Prius running a stop sign and driving at excessive speed. Made contact with driver at residence where he was delivering a package for Amazon. Notified driver of violations. Suggest a report to Amazon and indefinite refusal of entry into community for vehicle.

April 7
12:44 a.m., RMA Rule Violation, Colina Lane: Storing vehicle in guest parking more than three days. Tires chalked. Citation issued.

April 10
12:29 a.m., Medical Assist, Guadalupe Drive, report of male adult unable to get up after falling. Reporting party stated husband felt dizzy. Attempted to contact the resident; no one answered the door. RMCSD dispatch attempted to contact resident via mobile/home phone; no answer. North Gate officer later advised that RM359 responded to Murieta North and departed around 11:50 p.m. At this time unable to contact the reporting party.
3:04 a.m., Murieta Parkway: Patrol at Murieta Airport observed Honda Civic at center Airport that proceeded to the south end of the runway with headlights off. Contacted occupants of the vehicle, male driver and female passenger. Driver stated that he was lost and looking for Sunrise Boulevard. Driver was provided with directions and escorted off the property.

April 12
12:36 a.m., RMA Rule Violation, Lake Chesbro: Near water treatment, patrol came upon three individuals headed to their vehicle parked outside of lake. Informed group they were in violation of RMA lake hours. Group departed area.

April 14
6:15 p.m., Juvenile Delinquency, Murieta Parkway/Camino del Lago: Report of numerous juveniles at the intersection making loud noises, screaming. Upon arrival, patrol did not observe any activity.
6:30 p.m., South Beach: Report of a large gathering of juveniles, possible alcohol present; Sacramento Sheriff’s Department  enroute. Upon arrival, patrol observed three large groups of juveniles leaving the beach area. Patrol proceeded to the beach; beach clear, no activity.

April 15
11:38 p.m., Intoxicated Person, Bel Air Center: Reporting party unable to wake driver of white KIA SUV parked sideways, taking two parking stalls on the west end of the parking lot, with vehicle running and driver asleep in driver seat. Was able to wake driver. Driver verbally stated that she is on way to Ione. Patrol noticed her slurring her words and a smell of alcohol on her breath. Patrol asked her if she was drinking; she stated that she had last drink approximately two to three hours ago. Patrol requested she shut the vehicle off; she complied. Keys taken to prevent driving away, placed on the hood of vehicle. CHP advised, arrived to perform field sobriety test. 

April 16
4:12 a.m., RMA Rule Violation, Murieta South Parkway: RV overnight parked on street in front of house without 24-hour pass. Citation issued.

April 18
4:39 a.m., RMA Rule Violation, Acaso Court: Vehicle overnight parked on street. Citation issued. H
