4:25 a.m., Patrol observed an occupied black Mercedes parked at Lake Calero after park hours. The vehicle was in violation of Rule IX, Section 2 (Park Hours). The vehicle departed the area without incident.
4:57 a.m., Patrol observed a black Hyundai registered as a guest to Reynosa Drive, parked at Lake Clementia after park hours. The vehicle was in violation of Rule IX, Section 2 (Park Hours). The vehicle departed upon patrol’s arrival. Citation documented.
5:10 a.m., Patrol observed an occupied black Mercedes (CA LIC# a guest vehicle associated with Rio Oso, parked at Lake Clementia after park hours. The vehicle was in violation of Rule IX, Section 2 (Park Hours). Patrol made contact via the PA system, and the vehicle departed the area without further incident.
Aug. 3
5:09 p.m., During patrol of Lake Calero, RMCSD contacted a group of four white male juveniles swimming near the boat ramp. The group was directed to exit the water and complied without incident. The juveniles stated they were guests of the resident at Terreno Drive, who was not present, placing them in violation of RMA Rule IX, Section 1 (Guest Without Resident) and Rule IX, Section 2 (Swimming at Lake Calero).
The juveniles advised they had no means of transportation after being dropped off at the lake. Resident responded to the location and remained with the group. Citation #21167 was issued to the residence at Terreno Drive for the violations. At approximately 5 p.m., the juveniles were picked up by the parent of one of the group members.
9:38 p.m., Report of a possible grass fire near the 9th fairway of the South Golf Course. The reporting party advised her son observed smoke and smelled smoke while passing through the area. Patrol conducted a thorough inspection from the 9th to the 10th fairway and found no visible smoke, fire or odor of smoke. Unable to locate any signs of a grass fire.
10:57 p.m., Murieta South Parkway, Water Leak: A resident reported a water leak along the side of the residence and requested patrol determine whether the leak originated on private property or CSD property. Patrol determined the leak was located on the opposite side of the property line and appeared to be on CSD property. Dispatch was notified to contact CSD Water.
Aug. 4
12:03 a.m., Patrol located a vehicle matching the description provided by the reporting party, a white Lexus, observing it fail to stop at the intersection of Murieta South Parkway and Reynosa. The vehicle was later located in the Riverview development area. The driver exited the vehicle and approached patrol, asking why he had previously been issued a citation. Patrol advised the driver he was in a residential development area and needed to leave. The driver responded with obscenities toward patrol before departing the area.
Aug. 6
3:15 p.m., Report of a solicitor in the area of Camino Del Sol and Trinidad Drive. Subject described as a male adult wearing a black hat, white polo, and black pants. Upon arrival, RMCSD located the subject at Camino Del Sol speaking with a resident. RMCSD contacted the subject, who identified himself as a Bell Pest Control representative. Subject was advised of the No Soliciting regulation, issued a trespass warning, and requested to leave the area. Subject stated he did not have a vehicle and had been dropped off in the area. Subject advised he would arrange transportation. RMCSD remained in the area until the subject departed.
4:36 p.m., Report of a disabled vehicle blocking the far resident lane at the North Gate. Driver advised the vehicle was out of fuel. Vehicle identified as a Ford Focus; driver identified as a resident of Pescado Circle. RMCSD conducted traffic control while the vehicle remained disabled. At approximately 4 p.m., the driver obtained fuel and moved the vehicle. Lane clear for normal traffic.
4:37 p.m., Report of door-to-door solicitation in the Via Bernini area. Subject described as a male adult wearing a blue top and tan shorts. Upon arrival, RMCSD located a Bell Pest Control representative on Via Bernini. RMCSD contacted the subject, advised him of the No Soliciting regulation, issued a trespass warning, and requested that he leave the area.
Subject advised he had been dropped off in the area and was awaiting transportation. The subject’s pickup vehicle subsequently left the area, and the subject departed on foot outbound on Murieta Parkway.
Aug. 8
10:47 p.m., Camino del Lago: Patrol responded regarding a complaint of loud noise from a gathering at the listed residence. Upon arrival, Patrol observed no excessive noise or violations of the noise ordinance. Residence has a no-contact restriction due to prior incidents. No contact was made.
Aug. 9
7:28 p.m., A Terrata Homes representative reported an unknown mal juvenile trespassing at the model home located at Sheldon Ranch Drive. Requested the subject leave the property. The subject complied without incident. Reporting party later conducted a walkthrough of the property and located dark shoe markings on a second-floor wall near the stairs. No physical damage was reported. Estimated repair cost was approximately $800.
Subject described as a male juvenile wearing a black baseball cap backwards, dark shorts, white top and a black wrist brace on his right hand. RMCSD conducted an area search with negative results.
7:35 p.m., North Gate Officer reported a gate runner. A white hatchback entered by following another guest vehicle through the gate without stopping for verification. RMCSD located the vehicle, a white Scion, parked on Rio Circle. RMCSD subsequently located the driver at Rio Circle. The driver was identified as a mariachi band member who had been invited to a party by the resident. Vehicle was registered to the listed address.
Aug. 10
7:15 p.m., Report of a vehicle driving on the golf course. Reporting party reported a Tesla Model Y entered the North Golf Course near 1st Guadalupe and Trinidad. Upon arrival, RMCSD checked the golf course and did not locate the vehicle. RMCSD also checked the Murieta Parkway exits from the golf course with negative results.
Aug. 11
11:24 p.m., Supervisor Arino, while at the South Gate, was approached by an elderly male who stated he was lost. It was determined he had driven his golf cart from the North Community to the South Community via Jackson Highway. Supervisor Arino obtained his residence information and escorted him safely home. Dispatch attempted to contact his emergency contact on file and left a voicemail after receiving no answer. He appeared confused and possibly experiencing memory-related issues. H
